Cockroaches!
Want to get rid of the pesky cockroaches? Petitions will be going around this week to get the state to clear out the dead orange grove which has become an ideal cockroach habitat. Everyone who wants to join the fight check back here for more information. We will be posting phone numbers and information on what YOU can do to help!

We live on Fruit tree lane, and have to clean up at least a dozen of dead cockroaches off our front porch each morning. We recently had our place sprayed by the professionals, and now we have 100's of dead roaches littering our yard and patio areas. Not to mention the countless alive roaches that are still invading our house as well as our neighbors. And then there's the cicada's.... need I go on!
I feel your pain! I will be posting sometime soon about some product we were made aware of recently that has helped tremedously. Its call Combat Roach Killer... only $8 at walmart. Frankly thats the best $8 Ive spent in a long time. Keep up the pest control and get your neighbors to start it also so we can combat this problem together.
I live on Slate Creek Drive and last year my wife and I paid over $800 to have our house sealed. Since then we find only a few (dead)cockroaches in the house each week. I consider that a small victory considering the 100's of dead or dying cockroaches that we find outside each day. Each morning I have to sweep them up before I let my kids go outside.
We have 2 professional extermination services, one that spays monthly and the other spays bi-monthly. As you can imagine, this is not cheap.
I would love to sign that patition, please let me know where I can find a copy.
Petitions are going around...it will get to you! We too have sealed up our home and only get a few in the house a week. It is so worth the time and money.
