Some exciting new (well at least IMO (in my opinion). Starting AUGUST 2009 we will have a different trash company, Right Away Disposal, R.A.D.! The awesome thing about this company is that we will be getting recycling cans. We will still get pickup 2 times a week. Also if you wish to not have the recycle can you can opt out...it will cost the HOA the same amount either way. This new company will be the same price so no worries there. It makes me feel good that we can help the world by recycling more..
And for the HOA "winter party" I believe it will be December 5 from 9am-12pm. Im not exactly sure so dont mark your calenders yet. I will find out the date for sure and update you more on all the party details.

BTW: The Winter Social event will be on Saturday, December 6th from 9am - 12pm at the Large Park located at the corner of Foothills & Pebble Creek Drive in the Element Homes.
Breakfast snacks & Juice will be provided for EVERYONE by the HOA along with a small gift for EACH child. And SANTA was invited to the Winter Social so if any of the kids are interested....they can get a FREE picture with him too!
Recycling cans... AWESOME! Does anyone know what days are our actual trash pick up days? I was told when I moved here they were Wednesday and Saturday. The last few weeks my trash was not picked up on the correct days! HELP!
