Got an email from a resident wondering about the update on Skyline Ranch Marketplace. Now that we have a nice PARKING LOT...whats next? Anybody have some insight? Give us all some insider. Have a good week.

Thank you for your interest in our Skyline Ranch Marketplace Development. Unfortunately with the slowdown in the market the project has encountered some minor delays but construction will resume shortly to meet the scheduled store openings for later next year.

Letter had no dates, however the original plans (that I have a PDF of) showed Target, Ross, Chili's, Red Robin, Arby's, Taco Bell, Home Depot, Verizon, and a handful of other stores and places to eat.
For now I guess we should get used to a fully completed parking lot, with nice landscaping, and not much else.

Thank you for this information.. did the letter say any dates? or what stores?
I'm sure that Home Depot backed out. Uhhh...if only a Trader Joes would come out this way.

I wrote the leasing agent a couple of weeks ago. He said they are in final negoiations with Target and then they will proceed. I can't wait!
